The Findleton Estate and Winery Zinfandel was hand picked and aged in 40% new American oak barrels for 18 months. Deep aromas of berry jam, cinnamon, anise, and vanilla are layered over toasty oak, pepper, and spice. The palate is textured with supple tannins, flavors of currants, white chocolate, and spice, followed by a persistent finish.
