The PICASSO RED WINE is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. The grapes were hand picked and fermented using 100% whole berries to obtain optimal fruit aromas while extracting fewer tannins. The wine was aged in predominately neutral oak, to retain the fruit as the primary attribute. The Syrah was co-fermented with 20% Viognier. The resulting wine displays fruit forward aromas of black cherry, plum, and banana with hints of amaretto and dried fruit. The structure is medium bodied with a red berry finish.
