2016 Fume Blanc  Retail Price $22.00    12.75% alcohol

Our new vintage of Fume Blanc is a summer dream.  Pale gold in color, it sweeps you away with it’s tropical bouquet and taste.  Pear and Pineapple on the palate and creamy citrus on the finish, rounds off this bright refreshing wine.  Pairs well with salads, sushi, vegetarian dishes and other summer fare, as well as another glass!

2015 Chardonnay  Retail Price $22.00   13.5% alcohol

The 2015 Chardonnay is light in color with a citrus blossom bouquet.  Apple, Asian Pear and a tangerine citrus crème finish capture your taste buds’ attention.  Wine maker, Tom Findleton  is taking a new direction with this clean, refreshing, austere wine.  Pairs well with seafood dishes, curries, and for something fun – try it with pineapple!

2016 Picasso Blend  Retail Price  $24.00    13.6% alcohol

Picasso is a blend of 60% Stonehaven Pinot noir, 20% Mourvedre and 20% Grenache. This intriguing fragrant bouquet is still developing in this newly bottled Picasso Blend. It has a medium garnet color with rich strawberry, earth, and exotic spice on the palate.  Try pairing it with Chef Diana’s Salmon BLT at The Findleton Pub – delish!

2014 Grenache   Retail Price $26.00  14.9% alcohol

Light in color our Grenache has a bouquet of fresh raspberries and hints of orange.  The silky mouth feel is deceptively light, but the taste is full with red fruit, black cherries and spice. Pair with Lamb dishes, Shepherd’s Pie or for summer fun try it with a mixed green salad with root vegetables, beets, nuts, dried cherries, crumbled Roquefort cheese (or gorgonzola) and a balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
