2012 WILLIE'S SYRAH $22.00
He's Back!!! "Willie" emerges back on to the scene as wine maker, Tom Findleton's, dream wine. Picked at full maturity and ripeness, the Syrah grapes from Williamson Vineyards weighed in with only 12% alcohol. The wine was aged in 30% New French Oak for 18 months. You can smell El Dorado County terroir on the nose, complimented by dark berries, earth, and hints of smoke on the finish. This Syrah is the perfect summer red paired with all your favorite BBQ entrees, Smoked Salmon, or try it our favorite way... paired with Toasted English Muffins, Cream Cheese, Smoked Salmon, and Capers; Delicious for brunch, lunch, or dinner!

The new 2012 Fin Zin is the bomb... Literally. Exploding with dark berry fruit, black plums, sweet cocoa, and white pepper this Zinfandel will blow you away. It has a full mouth feel and a spicy finich that has a "hang time" that would compete with Michael Jordon. The grapes were harvested from Stonehaven Vineyard and were allowed to ripen an extra 2 weeks on the vine to soak up some extra sweetness. It was then aged in 30% New French Oak for 18 months. Try this wine with Brushetta, Spaghetti & other Tomato based Italian dishes, and Grilled Rib Eye Steak.
